3 days Handstand Retreat
Are you working on your handstand or it’s something you would like?
Imagine spending a weekend practicing handstands with a group of like-minded people.
We will start the day with a Yoga practice where the main focus will be working towards handstand in a flowing way, warming up the body and the mind for the day ahead, followed by a brunch to refill the food deposits with our delicious vegetarian (vegan and gluten free are available too) meals.
The day continues with some free time to rest, go for a walk, and swim in the pool or maybe even the sea.
The afternoon workshops will deconstruct the posture with plenty of drills to take home to keep your handstand practice developing.
By the end of the day, a delicious dinner with nice chats around the table, enjoying time to wind down before going to sleep.

Pre-requisite:
To be able to assist to this retreat you should be able to hold a headstand for a minimum of 30 seconds and able to do a handstand against a wall
